My time is just as precious as yours. Please give 24-hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. Missed appointments, without notification, will be billed.
Lesson appointments may be rescheduled on short notice due to severe weather. In this case, we'll contact you if this happens prior to the appointment time. If lessons are to be held outside, All Dawgs Training Services and the client may agree to reschedule if weather is not conducive for training.
Travel Consideration
Due to the increasing fuel prices, please add $0.50 per mile for clients living 20-30 miles outside of the Cobleskill, New York area. For clients living outside the 30-mile radius of Cobleskill, New York, training will take place in the Cobleskill/Richmondville area.
Advanced Appointment Policy
Because of the nature of the business, if we need to schedule a lesson appointment more than two weeks in advance, a deposit of $35.00 will be payable no later than five (5) business days from when the appointment was set to hold the appointment time. If this fee is not paid, All Dawgs Training Services will release the appointment time and make it available to other clients. If the appointment is kept, the fee will be used to pay the remainder of the balance owed. In case of a "no-show", this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
For example, if you make an appointment on January 1st for a lesson on February 1st, the deposit is due five business days after January 1st.
